Normandy Pie
- 1 large tin nutmeat (grated)
- 1½ tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- ½ teaspoon sage
- 4 oz melted butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 cups warm milk
Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a well-greased, oven-proof baking dish and bake in a hot oven for 30-40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
